A little more about their day

Richard and Heather’s wedding day all took place at Mottram Hall. A perfect location for their winter wedding with ample space for guests to warm themselves inside and enjoy the beautifully Christmas themed rooms.

Firstly, the day began with bridal prep, where Heather and her bridal party prepared and pampered themselves ready for the day ahead. Part way through prep Richard and Heather’s lovely little boy joined her to get ready and showed us all of his toy cars.

Meanwhile Richard made his way over to Mottram Hall ready to greet their guests. Soon after everyone moved over to the ceremony room where they waited for Heather’s arrival. The room was beautifully decorated with blossom trees and candle light. So romantic!

Next Heather and her bridal party made their way down to Richard. Walking down the grand staircase and through the long corridors. Their son carried a lovely little sign that read ‘daddy here comes mummy’. Needless to say he stole the limelight just a little.

Their civil ceremony was short and sweet, delivered by Cheshire’s very own Your Ceremony. They exited the ceremony as a family of 3 before being showered with confetti by their guests. After a portrait session outside the happy couple rejoined their guests where they relaxed with bubbly and sampled the delicious looking canapes.

Speeches soon came around and it was lovely to hear a few heartfelt stories of their time together, their little family of 3 and all of their animals that make their house a home.

As the day continued more guests arrived and the evening began. The sweetie table was filled to the brim and as soon as the music began the dance floor was full.
