"Definitely one of the best things we did for the wedding" -

It was a real pleasure to have been a Redhouse Barn Wedding Videographer for Nick and Kate. Captured at Redhouse Barn in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

A little more about their wedding

Nick and Kate tied the knot on quite possibly the hottest day of the year. It was a gorgeous June summers day, perfect for a wedding. Redhouse Barn was an ideal location for their wedding, set in the stunning back drop of the Worcestershire countryside.

Firstly, the day began at St Mary the Virgin Church, Hanbury. Kate arrived in a vintage car with her father as Nick and guests awaited her entrance inside. As Kate walked down the aisle Nick’s face lit up as he saw his wife to be walking towards him. Furthermore they had a beautifully led ceremony by Priest Rita and even brought a tear to my eye as they said their vows.

Following on from this, celebrations continued over at Redhouse Barn where they were greeted with prosecco and canapes. Nick and Kate had thought about all of the little details when it came to their guests providing them with garden games, laser shooting and wedding I spy. Also, the breakfast room was decorated beautifully themed around top spots to visit in New York. Their speeches soon came around with stories of their journey together and the true love that they share – again bringing a tear to my eye (I really need to stop being so emotional!).

After speeches, it was time to cut the cake and guests began to cheer ‘we want cake!’. The day was drawing to an end but not until they had partied late in to the night to a live band that got everyone up on their feet for a boogie. Not forgetting their very own rendition of the ‘electric slide’!

Also to mention a few of their other talented suppliers that I worked along side on their wedding day:
