Their Wedding Day 3rd June 2023
A wonderful day for Beth and Jord on what was possibly the hottest day of the year in June 2023. Everything took place at The Manor House Hotel from their morning preparations to their beautiful ceremony to their lovely reception and dancing late into the night to the awesome sounds of their handpicked band.
To begin with, Beth readied herself in the wedding parlour with her mum, maids and man of honour. It was an emotional morning with tears of happiness and joy as they were pampered, practiced their walks down the aisle and exchanged some very thoughtful gifts. Once Jord was ready myself and Jon (their fantastic photographer) met him and his groomsmen outside the front on the hotel for a few group shots before they headed inside to greet guests and make their way to the ceremony.
Their gorgeous labrador joined us just in time for their ceremony and sat so patiently as they made their vows to one another. During their ceremony they had two beautiful readings – one by Beth’s brother and another a heartfelt poem written and spoken by Beth’s mum. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room!
Soon after we headed outside for confetti, drinks and canope’s, enjoying the sunshine as it beamed down on us all. We took Beth and Jord out a couple of times during the day for a few quiet moments together – once in the afternoon and again in the evening as the sun began to set around them.
The speeches went down a treat and before long it was time for a boogie on the dance floor.
